A timber frame/AAC (aerated autoclaved concrete) block home.

This home features a cold roof. A roof designed for high altitude homes that can greatly reduce ice damming and the issues that arise from it.

Sapele cabinetry, mahogany doors and trims used throughout. We used Earth Advantage to help us obtain an energy star certificate for this home.
